A big one is the exposure to porn from a very young age that developed into porn addiction.
This resulted in a distorted view of what love making is about. Which had big unhappy consequences.

I recently retired. I am 65 so I could probably find a lot of regrets in those 65 years. But I think not being a little more willing to step to the edge in my daily life and being more respectful to people when I was younger.
