I like reading the stories and might give writing a go at some point (not soon!)
The 1st day I came across Lush I enjoyed reading some stories. So my main motivation for coming back was to read some more stories.
However, a short time after joining, my main motivation changed to catching up with newly found friends.
I have made some wonderful, supportive friends on here in my short time of being a member.
The stories. Like the erotica and variation. More intense and direct than watching porn or pictures.
chatting and getting to know people and reading stories
I was already on another site, but I wanted to branch out so I joined about two years ago. Now I'm on three sites and it gives me a variety of choices to post stories without being stuck in one place.
Stories, and to be myself which I cannot be in the outer world!
Space to embody, explore and learn more about myself without judgment or shame and what it means to be sex positive.

To have a quite time, and to know more about sex.

started out to read stories, but then i got drawn into the chats and now i'm addicted!!!

This place is so addictive.

Also congratulations on becoming an author here. Great story telling.
To try writing poetry or quick stories
To play in the forums
To laugh w/ select few friends
Laugh at some here
To have fun when I'm here
Someone who used to be a mod here, suggested it as a good place to read stories.
That developed into writing.
I also discovered the forum here and enjoy playing around in some of the boards.
I've made some good friends here that I like to chat to too.

Please read and enjoy. If you really enjoyed a story someone has written; how about clicking on 'Like' and/or 'Favorite'.
Why not leave a comment too?

Started by reading stories, have tried writing some of my own with varying degrees of success. With a time-demanding job, a one-year-old daughter at home, and a husband that also deserves my attention, I have found it difficult to find time to do either right now.

2 'Recommended Read' stories

3 'Famous' stories

Started looking for stories to read. Then, found some friends to talk to and then started to write some stories
Reading the stories and connecting with like perverts smile
To share my stories and read other peoples' erotica.

Now I've got sucked into the forum!

Connecting with like minded people could be nice too.
After my girlfriend moved away and I was lonely and bored, I came here to read hot sex stories. Then I discovered the chat, which was fun. Then I got inspired to start writing, which I find even more exciting than reading.

I really get into the lesbian fantasies that I create, feeling like I'm the one having sex. I can't finish a story without cumming several times.
I came here after being on another site for a while. I'm still on that site, but I felt like I had to branch out and test a new audience for a while. Later I joined a third site. That seems like enough for the moment.

I still read, but writing seems more engaging than most recent TV shows and movies. As an additional project, I'm writing a sort of disjointed autobiography about myself and my family. I send installments to my daughter, who will be thirty in about three weeks. She said she wanted to read them, but I haven't gotten any feedback yet. I'm still going to send them anyway.
I came to Lush to hone my writing skills (the chat, though enjoyable, is incidental). Thanks to the advice of several wonderful Moderators, I've 'tightened' my style considerably and especially enjoy the rigid 999-word discipline of Flash Erotica. Am currently 'polishing' my entry for the Quickie competition.

Yes, I didn't realize until I entered the Quickie competition (it hasn't been posted yet) that it was possible to bring in a story at under 1,000 words. Yet I did it in 977, I think, yet I was pleased with the results. (I just hope other people are pleased with it too!)
I first came here because my boss is a big fan of erotica and I work around literature. I was curious. I thought I'd try writing about some of my more torrid experiences and discovered that I enjoy writing. Now that I've found some fine friends here, I come here for the camaraderie, to learn and to hone my hobby, and for inspiration to break out of how boring I discovered I actually am.
Am I a good witch, or a bad witch? History will decide
I visited Lush for years to read the stories. Many of the bisexual category are the best available online, IMHO. The written word is actually better for me than video or audio erotica, in terms of getting me on and getting me off.

I finally joined Lush in order to publish. I was active on several other sites, but respected the quality I found here and wanted to join in. I was flattered by a warm reception to my stories, and still intend to publish more, though I have been dormant as an author for quite a while.

I stay for the welcoming society. I’m not active on chat. I only post sporadically in the forum. But I follow many of you as authors and posters, and deeply appreciate the community on whose outskirts I lurk…

Thanks to all!

In a unfulfilling marriage and seemed like a good place to chat openly with others. I also enjoy the stories. The site can be a bit addicting though.
The stories to start . Then I started reading the forums .
I’m just here to write and share my stories.

to read new stories and have mine published. Then, now that I'm in, the friendship/chats is a plus!

YOU CAN'T LET ANYONE COME IN BETWEEN YOU AND THE THINGS YOU'RE PASSIONATE ABOUT IN THIS LIFE, OR IT AIN'T WORTH LIVING.

I was drawn here by a search for the type of stories I like to read. I stayed because people actually read and comment on the stories I post.
Action conquers fear!
i'm being held hostage here and made to work in the mod mines. SEND HELP!

You can’t truly call yourself peaceful unless you are capable of violence. If you’re not capable of violence, you’re not peaceful. You’re harmless.
