Getting up early. I used to have to get up at "zero dark thirty" when I was in the service. Always hated that. I got up 15 minutes before everyone else so I could have the head/latrine to myself.

Next house I build will have hot and cold hose bibs and floor drains in every room, including retractable hoses.
If dirty, I'll just hose everything off and let it drain away. No more dusting. No more vacuuming.
I'll have to re-think my furniture selections, wall coverings, etc. TV's. Clothing. Food Storage.
No need for window coverings either. The neighbours are going to get to know me!!!
