I had the wonderful opportunity of meeting Pam Grier aka "Foxy Brown" and the late Mahalia Jackson, Bobby Womack. I met Ms. Jackson on stage as very young child during one of her stirring performances and Mr. Womack and Ms. Grier at my workplace. Those are memories I will cherish forever.

There WAS a real respect for Gay Men, (no idea about Squaws!!!! And YES I know you can't say that!) in Native American culture. Honest. A man (in the Dakota Sioux for example) could CHOOSE to not follow the path of a Warrior. (Some even dressed as women. SOME married Warriors!)

There was Peter Ustinov at my graduation and a hero of mine Donald Woods, the South African journalist and anti apartheid campaigner whose life was brilliantly portrayed by Kevin Kline in the film Cry Freedom.

Interesting story about Patsy Lynn... Her husband Phillip plays in Patsy's mom's band and they stopped in a bar I happened to be in after a show one night. I had the opportunity to jam on stage with Phillip for a couple of songs. I enjoyed cocktails with Patsy and she is very pleasant and personable.

A few. I was in a certain business off and on over time (noooo not escort~ but it was the entertainment business) so.....

I will say a couple that are well known US music industry famous muscians because they were so very cool to me and super nice, but really, I cannot think of anyone who was not nice like that.

I hurt my toe. A rather HUGE man stepped on me walking by and basically took my toenail OFF ~ Mr. Ted Nugent was concerned and offered to take care of it and take care of me. I refused, but he kept checking on me and staying to talk. He asked me to come hang out with him.

Mister Carlos Santana... on his 42nd birthday, we hung out for a while and just talked and talked smile
