Maybe I’m late to the game, but have any of y’all ever worked out in the buff? I have a small home gym, and after my time on the treadmill today, I had the urge to shed my clothes and hit the weights naked. It was both exhilarating and stimulating. Anyone else try this? Or am I just weird?
I do biking (both stationary and the real thing) and outdoor walking so nudity isn't usually an option. I like the idea in principle, though.😁

Completely understand about the bad knees. Too much playing catcher when I was young and letting the Army throw me out of planes really took its toll. I primarily use an elliptical now for longer cardio, and I walk on a treadmill doing a modified 30-3-12 workout prior to lifting weights. Neither of those is good while naked, but once I hit the weights or other exercises, I love being naked. Thinking about trying it while wearing a plug to add to the spice.

If I am working out at home and it's like summer when the temps soar way too high for my personal liking then yes.
