I eat 18 out of the 25. Had Lychees once in a restaurant they are nice. Never tried Guava. Never tried tofu. I'm a bit squimish when it comes to bones in fish, but I will eat sardines and tuna. There was so pears I'd never heard of as well.
I eat 19. A few of the items I never see around here. I have always like healthy foods. I passed on meat for many years and now only eat it occasionally. Salmon is my favorite food ever! Salmon with some yummy veggies, glass of wine...perfect meal!
I've been trying out herbal teas recently. The only one I can stand without wanting to gag is camomile...I tried green tea today and I had to load it down with sweetner and it still left an awful taste lol...apparently antioxidents taste horrible lol
Potential anti-disease effects
Researchers have shown that blueberry anthocyanins, proanthocyanidins, resveratrol, flavonols, and tannins inhibit mechanisms of cancer cell development and inflammation in vitro.[23][24][25][26] Similar to red grape, some blueberry species contain in their skins significant levels of resveratrol,[27] a phytochemical.
