Certainly lends some colour and character to the proceedings. I know the Grey Cup, Canada's national football championship, has had fog bowls, snow bowls, and I forget what else. The fans just remember them by the weather, basically. It's in November which is really not a good time weather-wise in some of the cities (e.g. Edmonton). Our university championship, the Vanier Cup, is around the same time and suffers similarly some years.

It's why you can't just highlight all or part of a story and copy it using the clipboard. That's one of the precautions they've taken. Unfortunately, there are other ways to do it that are harder to defeat. In the end, it is hard to protect your stuff online against someone who has an inkling of how to get a copy of something.

I’m not seeing him right now because my sis/hubby leaving town and I’m on dad duty and can’t risk giving him the flu. I’ll celebrate Christmas with my son soon, hopefully. The hospital gave him a super anti-viral pill and heavy dose of steroids to get him better faster. He was already a little better yesterday.

I’m still grateful! Christmas is a season to me, not a day.

Just a quick question... Has it been checked that it is the whole book(s) that has been plagiarised?

Quite a while ago, an author I used to follow on another site had one of his books copied (badly, as there were a couple of pages missing) on SmashWords. I wanted to say thank you to everyone here. You’ve all been super welcoming since I barged through the front door a few weeks ago, a half-used bag of coffee in hand, and threw an obscure alt-country song on the jukebox. Don’t get me wrong. The beans were high-end. And the song was pretty freakin’ awesome. 😎

The is an amazing place filled with special people. When I finally built up the confidence to start sharing some stories that had been percolating on my Mac, and I decided that Lush was the site I wanted to do that, I had no idea I would stumble across such an amazing group of people. So, again, thank you so much! ❤️

On top of that, you are all amazing writers. My view of what “erotica” can be has expanded so much over the past two months. And in a large part, that is due to several of you.

Gotta run. I will take a hot cup of those Trung Nguyen special "mountain beans” for the road. Need a little something for the final commute into the office for 2025.
