Good morning! Well, with the Bear apparently persona (or maybe that fursona) non grata, guess it falls to the ape to open up. I cleaned up Bertha and loaded her up with some dark roast Jamaican Blue Mountain. There's Yorkshire Gold and Kenya Kambaa teas. Kettle is ready if craving other hot bevvies. And there's day old goodies for half the price of two day old goodies.

And Happy Summer!! It is now official in the Northern Hemisphere!! And Happy Winter to any Southerners hanging around!!

Lady Dryad has worked her inimitable magic, and returned the joint to its former dump-ness, so moaning has truly broken, and da Bear is back at da Bar!

And I checked on the denizens of Store Room #4 as Kimmi asked. They didn't seem to notice…

And with those tiny details out of the way, we can get back to the cereal business of drinking, starting with everybody's favourite drug – caffeine!

Tea Kettle is refilled and ready. There are pots of Yorkshire and English Breakfast teas available on the sideboard, plus all the other fine teas in the box. Sachets of Swiss Miss are available, along with the usual mound of mini marshmallows.

Big Bertha has been cleaned, rinsed, and refilled, and is ready to go.

Today we're using 454 Horse Power coffee blend to get us revved and moving.

I've put out donuts.

And because it's strawberry season, I've put out …

…some chocolate-dipped strawberries!

Keep getting tornado alerts but nothing is actually happening. There is a band of storms coming in from the West (damn Americans) so maybe that's triggering them.

ooooh look at all that vodka. Think I'll break out the Grey Goose for Canada's next football match. If Alphonso Davies is able to play I think Canada can beat South Africa. Or even without him. I predict he gets subbed in late in the game and scores the winner.
