Oh, and there's a surprisingly large (to me) number of people mentioning Aussie accents, and since quite a few people from outside Australasia can't tell the difference, I'm sure there's lots of others who would like Kiwi accents too.

Mind you, I also really, really like some English accents, and Scottish accents, and Irish, and French, and eastern European, and... Hmmm, maybe I just like it when women talk to me. Well, except when they say "why haven't you put the bins out yet?"

It's easy peasy to tell the difference between an Aussie and Kiwi accent. What baffles me is people who can't tell the difference between Aussie and English accents. It's simple, Aussies have accents and we don't.

Oh Southern accents, I love a Southern belle with long red hair and a sweet accent that pours out like honey.

I've posted here before but I feel a strong need to manifest once again my deep love for all accents all over the UK and Ireland.

I love an English accent Mr Darcy style (we're talking here about THE Mr Darcy, Colin Firth, of course), I love Northern accents, Scottish, Irish... all are good and I love them all.

In general, as long as he has a nice voice, I will enjoy any accent from a native English speaker, but the ones above are my absolute favourites.

I find British Accents, as in specifically London, not Liverpool for example, to be pretty fucking sexy.
