fuck all this bullshit. just got told by my lawyer that the asshole that wrecked me, his insurance company has paid out their limit. now it is up to my insurance company to start picking up medical bills, yours too, that is why they add uninsured/ under insured to your policy. why in hell would an insurance company insure an asshole that has a history of drunk driving and why did the fucker still have a liscense to drive. it is fucking crazy that a person like him can go to jail/prison for a few months, then feel he has paid his debt to society. he has no fucking money, so no good in suing him. i will go through the rest of my life with the scars he left but he will probably be given another license to do it to someone else
