You jealous fucks are really only concerned with why some people have gained a perceived advantage over you, through no fault of your own, you find you are a minority class - unable to access the same offset-benefits the oppressed minority enjoys.

This is how you think you're going to wipe out affirmative action. Culture warriors. Another term invented by misogynistic racists and spoken often enough - maybe you can get a dictionary to officially recognize the slang as something legitimate.

The same GQP demanding we move on from January 6th, 2021 is still doing audits of the November 3rd, 2020 election.

This is funny!

Somebody who doesn't oppose racially discriminating government policies and who doesn't support the right to free speech is saying people who don't agree with him sound like Nazis!

Refusing service to gay people isn't "racism"... this is why you're a self professed idiot.

I honestly think the constitution in the US is flawed and should be updated into the modern era. The same arguments always repeat based on a document that is so antiquated that it barely has relevance in a technological era. There is no reality where that document would be chucked but I like to think in one universe it’s been done and people are actually protected by the places they love.

Problem with the constitution is that it's vague enough for evil people to use it to justify anything they want. Then the other problem is that a great number of Americans are stupid and a lot of them are even useful idiots that push evil people's agenda.

Like somehow it is now just free speech to discriminate.

People in power can twist it around to be whatever they want at the end of the day.

Plus this thread is about how conservatives wouldn't understand that the court ruling that allows business to discriminate against gay people would go both ways. How there would be violence from conservatives when they see gay friendly businesses and perceive it as being discriminated against.

Like how equality feels like oppression to conservatives. Like how a gay person existing is some agenda being shoved down their throats like they like to say.

Just their typical hypocrisy. But of course with conservatives, the chance their temper tantrums end in violence is significantly greater.

The cake case wasn't about discrimination. It was about anti-discrimination laws infringing on our right to free speech.

See what I mean? Ironic thinks not being able to discriminate is infringing on his free speech.

Maybe there have been bad faith arguments, but if so, they didn't come from me. I'm the one who's been trying to get you to post on the topic.

Actually, you haven't. You're doing the same thing you do in any other thread, which is to argue points no one is making without actually addressing the topic, until you end up repeating the same things and ultimately running threads into the ground because you'd rather use distraction tactics than to say anything of substance. I'm tired of deleting the countless posts or subsequently locking threads because of you posting in this manner. I'm also tired of asking you to stop.

There have been many agreed revisions to the U.S. Constitution, even if you start counting after the Bill of Rights. The structure is designed to permit them.

You don’t say.
