Is it something about baking?
And I can't read books. My eyes closed the moment I opened a book

Umm a small part of it is about cooking and baking in plants but they don't do it as nicely as humans
Bloodlands: Europe Between Hitler and Stalin - Timothy Snyder

I'm supposed to be reading the YA novel The Secret Garden (not what usually read, but was curious and wanted to give it a try) but I'm doing a poor job.

I really should go back to reading more and spending less time online.
I've been reading this book for a while... It's good! Just haven't had any down time lately.

Currently reading Inked Magazine

It is... is only the first part or has part II as well?
It's kind of fun, though... Don Quixote is totally crazy biggrin
Hope you enjoy it.

It's has parts I and II and is 940 pages! Eek! But I think I'll only read part one (I think Part II was written much later?)

Ten years later if I remember correctly. I haven't read the second part yet, just the first one. I'm glad I read it but I needed a break after that... and then I never came back to reading the second part. Maybe this year...

Louis L'amour is wildly underrated. If he didn't write westerns he'd be mentioned in the same breath as Hemingway. A shame.

Just finished Cryptonomicon by Neil Stephenson. It made my brain hurt.

Lighter fare I will start tomorrow: Mr. Mercedes by Stephen King.
The New Jim Crow. Scary. I just finished Angela Davis' book Are Prisons Obsolete? which said the same thing 15 years earlier, though.
