I have to get up by 7.30 mon - fri cause of kids school...at weekends i tend to sleep a little longer but not much, usually up and about before 9am.
0430..Work day came early
I work shifts, so when on earlies am up at 04.45
When on lates am up at 07;30 as am when off.
If after a night shift I get around four and half hrs sleep then am up.
WEEKDAYS
Depends--sometimes I don't go to sleep.
If i have Pilates class before work then 5am to be there at 6:30am
Work starts at 9am--gives me time to get back home and get ready w/out being in a rush.
WEEKENDS
I rarely have time to sleep w/ all the clubbing--get home around 5am and wake up for lunch then the same cycle until Monday arrives.
Different every day the earliest is 0545. The latest 1100
7am weekdays, but I don't physically get out of bed until 7.30. That is my favourite thirty minutes of the day before the onslaught begins. Weekends are slightly different but I am still up by 8.30 at the latest.

most days 5am, unless someone convinces me to stay longer....
Depends if it's a holiday or not.

One thing that makes me "neurologically...interesting" (per my profile) is my sleeping patterns. I stay up late and sleep in, with a two or three hour nap anywhere from an hour to two or three hours after waking up. I feel better when I do this.
I get up about 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with a nap starting somewhere between 11:30 AM and 4:00 PM.
5am .... wake up at around 7am .... giggles
5:00 am M-F also a lot of Sundays the same time. Saturdays I sleep in till 6:30 am or so.
I don't think I slept. Yesterday at 7:00am...
