That is so true Holly. My first mentor/boss told me that when I missed a little deadline. I didn't "make the time", and really it made an impression on me in my business and personal life. It's a choice. I now share it with all of the younger people I now mentor.

As a soon-to-be special educator, I hate the R word. I yelled at a coworker of mine (at my part-time job) because he keeps using that word for people he thinks are "stupid".
