Valentines day isn't something my husband and I celebrate, to be honest.
I much prefer when out of the blue he will show me is some small way that he has thought of me.

I'll watch in the evenings, generally from about 7pm till bed, a lot of that time it's just on in the back ground as I spend my evenings on the computer
I have a little thing for having my man fully clothed whilst I am completely nude. There is something about shimming up his body, the feel of his shirt scoring my breasts, the way it makes me feel like I'm seducing him.

The frustration of Dealing with government departments, either in person or over the phone, is only superseded by the absolutely hair pulling insanity of trying to navigate their websites. I'm sure they do it on purpose just so you give up and disappear.

You know sometimes its all about giving. As a woman you're constantly doing for others. Children (if you have them), friends, work, family. Everyone always wants something. So women often feel worn out with nothing left to give.
Just a thought, perhaps if you showed her a little attention with no expectation of anything in return you may be surprised at what she will feel like doing for you

My inability to sit still if there is music playing, something must always be counting the beat. Weather it's my foot tapping out the pulse of the beat, or a finger tip dancing on a table top, I am always moving. Sometimes I just dance in my mind. Swirling and twisting to my inner music.

Food of some description... Perhaps a warm chicken salad? A selection of fresh lettuce leaves, baby cherry tomatoes and cucumbers from my garden. A secret dressing containing, honey seeded mustard and balsamic vinegar. Yeah, ok that sounds good.

This year will be slightly different for me. Instead of driving the 12hrs to be with family, we are taking the kids camping at the beach, so I'm guessing a picnic on the sand playing with the new surf boards and surf skis. Followed by an open fire and toasting marshmallows. Not our traditional Xmas day but I think one to remember

A big one to remember is to never be boastful or brag. I was never interested in a mans bank balance , his car, or his villa in the south of France and I find as I've gotten older I have zero tolerance for listening to that sort of big noting now.
Many, not all, younger men seem to spend an inordinate amount of time talking about how great they are, how they crushed some poor shmuck at work or their sporting prowess on and off the field.
Read. Have knowledge of the world around you. Have well thought out opinions but listen to others. Nothing worse than listening to someone who knows everything and isn't afraid to tell you about just how right they are.
Don't heap false praise, trust me when I say we have heard it all before and didn't believe it the first time, so we are certainly not going to believe it now. Simple, honest compliments are much more appreciated.
Is short, be yourself, we've had plenty of experience weeding out the undesirable and have learnt to spot the tossers a mile away
