Before I fall asleep (hopefully) and forget: what about a new badge? Call it the "Favorite" or something. Authors who have more than maybe 5 stories favorited by other people get it. Maybe add levels to it. 5 stories as the basic one, 10 for the next level, 20, etc.

When I'm hearing from my other friends about it, it's a problem. The point of blocking someone is to prevent them from seeing your posts. When they hit the "quote" thing, that completely defeats the purpose, making the "block" completely pointless.

If it can be done, maybe make the blocking feature more effective. As it is, blocked people can just "quote" you on the forums and still see whatever you write, then continue to harass/annoy. If it could be made like other social media sites' blocking features (where you just see no trace of them whatsoever), that would be much more effective.
