There are great stories, Editors Picks and Recommended Reads, with lower scores, yet some very average at best stories with perfect 5's. You surely can't always judge a story quality by the score alone when looking for stories to read. There are readers that will vote down stories just because they are in categories they don't like or for other juvenile reasons. And then there are many stories that are grossly over scored. Get to know the reputation of the authors and find out which ones consistently deliver quality.
scrambled eggs, grape jelly, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and black coffee
Yosemite Sam
Under Dog
Jessica Rabbit
My first impression is that you'd want to eliminate the other two stories. The new 'improved' one replaces them, right?
Loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong!
Right now, the long part of my hair is about 3/4" and the sides about 3/8". And I've got a ultra short beard – like I keep at a constant 5 days growth look with the shortest setting on my trimmer. But my wife is begging me to grow my hair long again, past my shoulder, down my upper back long. The thing is it gets all wavy and has these curls when it does that, drives me crazy. She likes it. I think she just likes to pull my hair when we have sex.
During cooler weather my wife will wear very sexy lingerie under her dresses or skirt/blouse outfits when we go out. But during the summer in the south it's too hot for that underneath.
Whatever you use, it should be consistent and easily understood. I am a story verifier and we do not have a one firm rule for thoughts, just set it apart from dialogue, make it easy to understand and make it consistent throughout your story. Consistency is very important.
Myself, I have been successful using the single quotes with italics. The use of italics without a quote mark at all is acceptable.
How many of y'all could bear to see that bear bare?
Occasionally I go back to reread and edit my oldest stories. I know much more now, plus I'm much better now at finding mistakes. But I'm mostly rereading in order to make my older stories better.
On my new story submissions I reread it several times looking for any error, typo or whatever before I send it to my proofreader. It's a process to get it ready for final submission.
If you're not 100% sure what's on the other side then you're crazy as shit for sticking your cock through a glory hole. It could be a serial dick biter.
Have you ever seen Cross Of Iron, a movie directed by Sam Peckinpah? A WWII German soldier forces a Russian woman to suck his dick and she bites it completely off. Goodbye pecker, so long tallywacker, sayanara cock, adios dick!
If you are posting a multi-part story you should space them out by a few days ay least.
First of all if you post them all at once and your first story had a problem and gets sent back to you while your second story was able to be verified right away, you'd end up with your stories appearing out of order. Secondly, you should give your readers time to read the first story. Many people can't get to it immediately and add them to their reading queue. You should always wait for the previous story in a multi-part to be verified before you post the next one.
It can take a few days to a couple of weeks or so to get a story verified. Verifiers are all volunteers and get to them as quick as we can, but all have regular jobs and life away from Lush. This is also the holiday season, meaning verifiers probably have less time than usual. So you should expect a longer wait.
I just watched the UGA vs Winthrop men's basketball game
