I actually started writing stories on another site because I didn't know about Lush yet. Back then my wife was not my wife yet and was actually an old girlfriend trying to move back into my life and push out the current girlfriend. That was one of the reasons I started writing.
Eventually I found out about Lush which was the best thing ever for developing my writing. By that time my old girlfriend had become my girlfriend again and was my fiancée by the time I joined Lush. I had not told her about my writing. She discovered my stories and profile on Lush and recognized that it was me. She didn't tell me until after she had read them all. She likes to read Lush but is not a member. So yes, she does know now.

Well, we'll just have to promote organic. Fresh is best, fresh veggies, fresh homegrown eggs & dairy, etc. I'm lucky, though I live in the city, I often have access to fresh from the farm because I have a lot of relatives that live on farms.

I come from the Poultry Capitol of the World, so you can imagine the mass quantities of chicken shit around where I grew up. Chicken shit may be the stinkiest shit in the world too.
Folks, wash off those farm fresh eggs very thorough and wash your hands after handling them. Tons of bacteria on that egg shell. And if you eat fresh 'organic' veggies, wash those extra thorough. They haven't been cleansed at a processing plant and can easily have ecoli and other bacteria on the surface. I enjoy farm fresh as much as possible myself, but grew up around it enough to know it has to be washed very thoroughly. If not you'll get the kind of diarrhea that is so bad you end up in the hospital seriously ill.

March of 2011 was my first and I have now written and posted 75 stories and poems. I work very hard on each submission to hopefully create something better than my previous one. Progress is a continual process and never ends. I still have a long way to go to get to where I want to be. There are several authors here on Lush that I admire and respect very much. They inspire me.

Right now, not including 3 Legendary Stories, I have 36 Famous stories with another just a few hundred views away. I do have one that looks like it will be my 4th Legendary before too long. I was excited to see that my stories and poems have just passed two and a half million views.

Always get your tattoos at a licensed reputable tattoo parlor/clinic. They should have a recent inspection certificate on the wall, a business license and occupancy permit. I suggest doing some research first, getting recommendations and checking out the place and the artists.

There is NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CURRENT VOTING SYSTEM...
Actually a high number of votes attracts me more than the score. I figure if that many people bother to vote and also if it's followed up by lots of comments then there is a better chance that it is a good read.
The current 5 voting system may not be perfect but it is easy to understand, it's used a lot all over, and truthfully, I'd hate to see it changed at this point. It works well enough to not monkey with.

I only go to church occasionally these days. I was raised in church and I am a Christian. When I do go I attend a large Baptist Church that has gay & lesbian members as some deacons/deaconesses and staff members that are gay. There are many active members who are gay & lesbian (I assume some are bisexual). And yes, I live in the deep south, heart of the Bible belt.
