Hola! Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Hmmm... Can French people celebrate Cinco de Mayo? That is the question.

Well... Happy Cinco de Mayo to y'all. I'll be drinking Dos Equis all day in honor of Cinco deMayo and sneaking in some Tequilas.

Cheers!

I'll start...

Beware of superheroes who don't wear panties and tube socks on top of their tights.
Hot chicken wings, pototo skins, tortilla chips & hot salsa, and lots of ice cold beer.
It was a good day. Beautiful sunny weather, and the Atlanta Braves are in 1st place! GO BRAVES!

Wife and l met several friends for dinner and drinks earlier this evening sitting out on the restaraunt's patio.

Let's drink y'all. I'll have a bunch of ice cold Buds in longneck bottles.
Howdy y'all! The Atlanta Braves are now only a half game from catching first place. Pretty damn good right now for one of the youngest and least experienced teams in Major League Baseball.

Rumpy, I'd love to have a Scotch on the ice.
Congratulations Hannah Danna Doo! Hannah is always an outstanding mod. Thanks for doing such a great job!

The Terror is Great.

Best TV of the year so far. You really have to pay attention and watch the whole scene. It's great. I t actually ignited my interest in the Franklin expedition. It could have a been a great miniseries even with without the supernatural aspects.

Yes, l Googled all the info l could on it. The search for The Northwest Passage during the sailing ship era produced a lot of disastrous results but you have to be inspired by the sense of exploration and adventure. I'm loving the series. It is extremely well done and casted.
A steak biscuit (a big whopping cathead biscuit).
I've only seen about 3 episodes of Atlanta. I may binge that show soon.

I am watching Westworld Season 2, and The Terror. I recently enjoyed the series, Counterpart.

Will there be a third season of True Detective? I thoroughly enjoyed the first two. And I am impatiently waiting for Game of Thrones.

Generally, I find TV frustrating but am always hopeful of something new. I watch a lot of historical documentary type shows. Unfortunately, The History Channels has begun to veer from its premise. Will it go the way of MTV which went from a great music video showcase to a channel for mindless crybaby emo teenie 'drama' that makes you want to puke?

Why are women so quiet during sex. Every girl I've been with hardly made a sound. And I know what you're going to say. Girls you have to inflate by blowing into them don't have vocal cords. Not every girl I've had sex with has been fake.

Surely you jest. I think you're pulling our leg. Women make a lot more noise than men during sex. I think you're just trying to get amusing responses.

Either that or Jack is onto something about the chloroform.
Deloris looks super hot in an evening gown!
Good morning, Rumpy. I'll take a Bloody Mary and a hot coffee, black. Hope everyone around here is doing good. I've been so busy this past week my head seems to still be spinning.
Shrimp marinated and baked in a creamy white sauce, served over linguini, steamed broccoli, seasoned new potatoes, a side salad, cheese biscuits, and chilled pinot grigio.

I did mostly enjoy the opening episode. Where do y'all think it's heading?

I have discovered that I don't enjoy a lot of graphic violence on TV and in movies like I used to. I think it's all the insane violence in the world, mass shootings, attacks using vehicles, bombings, useless wars, and hatred. So the scenes with bodies laying around, so very grim and gruesome, were depressingly difficult. Still, I'm addicted to finding out where the story is going.
Your workout regimen should be fun and stress relieving. If you're not enjoying it and/or feel like it's adding to your stress, think about totally changing your approach.

I started lifting weights before middle school hoping to get stronger so I could beat up a bully, plus l loved athletics.

I've had a lot if success from weight lifting and overall physical fitness and the best results from my work out routines came from keeping it simple. And it is simple, to get stronger use heavier weights and gradually increase that. But don't overdo it and don't endanger yourself with too much weight and going too fast.

Learn the basic lift movements and concentrate on doing them correctly so you don't damage joints or muscles. And do stretches regularly.

I love doing pull ups & chin ups and found that l love what they do for the shape of biceps.

I love running, biking, playing basketball, tennis, and golf. Walking the course and drinking water instead of beer can make golf a better physical activity.

Women tend to love it when you have great abs. Personally, I've always done lots of crunches and sit ups. Using those torso chairs at the gym works great. You can do various exercises for your midsection, including really strengthening your lower back.

Everyone needs to experiment to find the routine they like. Then every so often change it up. Build some mass for awhile then change it up to shape & cut muscles.

Muscles though, have to be challenged to grow and get stronger. Get to know your bone and body type. Bigger, thicker boned frames do build bigger, stronger muscles faster. But if you're thinner boned, don't be discouraged. Sticking with it over a long period of time will eventually bring good results.

I personally think a normal, healthy diet is all you need. I've already experimented with all that muscle building diet and supplements and from experience think it's a crock of shit. If you're in great physical shape cardiologically and building muscle, you should be have developed the bigger appetite that goes with that. Eat and enjoy.

Physical fitness and building muscle isn't rocket science. Keep it simple unless making it complicated is what turns you on.
Cement shoes and a boat trip off the coast.
Putting raisins in potato salad should be illegal. Banjo should be played upbeat. I play the banjo but have never tried Earth Wind & Fire on banjo but have played EWF on guitar. You need a great funky bass to play EWF.

I'll take Jack Daniels on ice. I believe the new season of Westworld starts tonight. It's a rainy, cool evening, good for catching some TV. Though normally on Sunday evenings I'd catch a recording of the show later and instead, enjoy drinking and appetizers with friends on a sportsbar patio.

Have a great evening, y'all. Cheers!

It's TGIF-eve here at Rumplations, misbehave accordingly.

In the news, Layla June is about to join Jeff in yet another attempt to housebreak the poor lad. Good luck, Ms LJ.

Of course, the joint is still buzzing with the news of Ms Elizabeth coming out of the dugout as an admitted Nats fan. For the benefit of any sports illiterates and/or those residing on the east coast of the big pond, the Nationals are a major league baseball team in the Washington D.C. area.

Those familiar with the musical 'Damn Yankees' should know that team, the, 'Washington Senator's, moved to Minnesota and change their name to 'Twins'. It's replacement later moved to Texas and dropped the names 'Senators' in favor of 'Rangers'. The current version, the transplanted 'Montreal Expos' gave up the name 'Senators' in favor of, Nationals. All that may or may not be exactly the whole truth, not to mention nothing but the truth, but it is in the ballpark, so to speak.

Maybe Buz, who has some baseball 'based' stories to his credit, might give us the saga of a minor league club called the 'Banditos' or some such, whose owner requires the players wear masks. After that, work in some characters base on Kevin Costner, Susan Sarandon and the rest of the cast from the film, 'Bull Durham' as love/lust interest and comedy relief, and start planning on how to spend the winnings. ;)

Man and boy, I'm about tuckered out after all that mindless bloviation. A beer or two may be in order. And speaking of orders, who else needs their own drink or two?

Did you know the old Atlanta Crackers became the Richmond Braves, then later the Gwinnett Braves (the AAA affiliate of the major league Atlanta Braves)? Being in the same metro with the big league team caused a lot of marketing problems. So they're renamed the Gwinnett team the Gwinnett Stripers, yep, named for a fish. There is a big lake nearby.

Way back around the time the American League was brand new before 1910, the Washington Senators started having Ladies Day at their games. Usually, women didn't attend baseball games in those days, so they thought it would help them make more money to do that. The ladies started coming in great numbers on Ladies Day.

One particular Washington Senator player, who the ladies thought was very good looking, became their favorite. So one day he was ejected from the game after arguing with the umpire. That didn't set too well with the ladies. Their anger eventually boiled over and thousands of women stormed the field. They started a large riot and tore up the stadium. Eventually, the police arrived in large numbers, many women were arrested and carried off in paddy wagons and the riot was quelled, but not after great damage had been done.

Sanford Stadium in Athens is having a lot of renovation and other improvement work done, so only 78,000 seats are available instead of 93,000 for today's G-Day Game. For those who don't know what that is, it's the day, after a few weeks of spring practice, the Georgia Bulldog football team divides up in half as the Red team and The Black team, and plays a practice game against each other. Here in the Deep South, such games are often sell outs. College football IS a religion down here. Just ask Rumpy about his LSU Tigers.

I think it's going to be a great sunny day, perfect for drinking ice cold beer. Cheers!
I'd say, if any guy is a shitty boyfriend, then it's just the way life rolls if a better male steals his girlfriend away. It might even be that she's the one that sought him out. Maybe she's looking for something better or different.
Congratulations Kee! Thanks for your great hard work. You're awesome!

Okay you nekkid Lone Rangers, Zorros, Batmen, and other masqeraded writers, let's soon read your entries into the Masked Sex Competition.

How about ice cold beer?

Cheers!
