Some Tarantula keepers don't like to use the word 'Pets' to describe them but I consider mine as pets.
1st pic is a Grammostola Rosea or Chilean Rose - Pretty docile creatures. Ideal for beginners
2nd pic is a Lasiodora Parahybana or Salmon Pink Birdeater - Quite manageable.
3rd pic is a Brachypelma Hamorii or Mexican Red Knee - Another quite docile creature and ideal for beginners.
4th pic is a Pterinochilus Murinus or Orange Baboon - Nicknamed an Orange Bity Thing by the 'T' community because they can be aggressive and will bite. A bite will almost certainly mean a trip to A & E
for an antibiotic injection and the pain and swelling will last for many days afterwards. I can testify to that!
Very easy to keep -Terrariums in warm room; regularly topped up water dish and a diet of crickets and mealworms.
Also very good for getting rid of unwanted guests. Putting a terrarium in the lounge if you know the mother-in-law is paying a visit ensures she doesn't outstay her welcome!

As others have said it needs a combination of the right person, the right time and the most importantly, the right connection.
Agree that there needs to be a rapport built up and an understanding of one another, that brings with it a level of trust. That getting to know period that fuels a little flirtatious fun is equally as enjoyable as what may follow. Maybe stirring intrigue or maybe not.
And if a connection forms, then the naughty chat that may follow can be deliciously intoxicating. But only if the desire is shared. For me I want her to feel the intensity of every word, to know that the pleasure is being shared by both, fuelling whatever desires we chase despite the fact there may be many miles between us..
As they say takes two to tango. Done well it can be amazing and definitely one of the reasons I enjoy Lush!
