I'm an unsatiable mature woman who knows what she likes and what she doesn't. I am a nature lover who recharges in the mountains or by the water (I need to hear the waves). I love kayaking, hiking and i am exploring camping so I can thru-hike the Pacific Crest Trail, the Appalachians, and the Adirondacks. I'd love to travel the US in a vintage trailer. getting lost in what North America has to offer. Then, I would love to see the world. I am always open to suggestions on where to visit next. As you can tell, I am a dreamer. I enjoy all types of music, movies, and theatre. A good book will keep me occupied for hours. I love live music and attending festivals. My family keeps me busy and last fall, I returned back to school. I am pursuing my doctorate in public health and long to assist recently discharged veterans and their families as they transition to civilian life. They are true American heroes and deserve the support of everything available to them. I am specializing in traumatic head injuries and post-traumatic stress disorder. I am just starting my new academic journey and am excited as to what it will bring. I hope it leads to me relocating to the south or southwest into a heavy veteran community.
