Here's some more light beer for you, Nikki! Not that I'm trying to get you drunk or anything. Helluva costume idea, tho!

It was the summer of my 32nd year...oh wait, I think that's the LAST time I had sex and not my first.

I'll take the one on the bottom right Scootie.
Pass on the CC pancakes but thanks Miss Slip. Don't have the craving today. I'm drinking a Coke Zero out of a wine glass today. This is strange for two reasons. First is, I like Pepsi better than Coke and second is that the wine glass has no stem. It's a little squat fat glass that my MIL gave us one year for Christmas. It looks more like a cocktail glass so I use it for an everyday glass. Got enough for everyone. If we look hard enough I think there's a case of Sams Special back here I hid from Alan.
Is the Rev still under the covers with Busty this morning? Or is he in the den watching football?
Anyway, I've got my choir robe, the see through emerald one that Miss Sharon got us, on and I'm ready to pass the plate. I brought a tambourine so Slippy can try to wake up Coma and Tose for the offering. Terrance threw in a pistachio shell for his tithe and he's tapping a couple of his legs in anticipation of the music.

I love stemless wine glasses. For some reason, I tend to knock over regular glasses and break the stems, which might or might not be directly related to my consumption of wine.

Have a chicken roasting for Sunday dinner along with a loaf of bread rising. Working on my first vodka and cranberry. It's tough, but I think I'll manage.

(thread mod advisory**** this is no way aimed as a dig at mormons but the resemblance in underwear fashion was uncanny....and the logic bit!! ;) )

This is exactly it! Not long ago, I had a friend post pics on FB of the Mormon undergarments and it kinda stuck in my head.

Logic? Who the F* needs logic???

Fair point... when faced with the alternative I suppose.....

But either way it's well passed labour day and those white trousers are just wrong !!

Very true, but they always just reminded me of the magic Mormon underwear and not pants.

has anyone ever thought for one sec.. if you didn't friggin' answer, he might STOP!

(and pull his white trousers up and inch or two )

Why would we want this to stop, so we can answer more pube or no pube debates???

Pretty convolted thinking willow (excuse the spelling)

I think Willow's reply made as much sense as the question. Well done to her! I'm even more confused than ever or maybe I'm just dreaming.
You mean poshly aristocratic like this?

Or is this a role play thing? Like you're the lowly servant to the Princess of Lushatonia and you roughly take her before the Royal Orgy or something? Hmmm, I might be off to write a story now.

Good luck with your search!

How long has her sister been dead now? They were something else in their hay day. Abby and Ann.

I think Ann died in 2002. I grew up reading Ann Landers, but I guess that's because we had the Chicago Sun Times delivered.

Knowing nothing about sports, or the individuals or situation in question, I have two things to say:

First, what business is it of yours?

Second, how do you KNOW that they didn't have legitimate feelings for each other.

I guess the gist of what I'm saying is "Make some room or the fuckin' unexpected."

You think he had legitimate feelings for the imaginary woman who died from imaginary leukemia?

I do think he was in on the hoax. Wasn't his dad telling people that they used to meet in Hawaii?

truth is, i actually cried when my first lush friend died. thought i loved her but found out she didn't exist when her best friend ended up hitting on me right after he, supposedly, was just home from her funeral. not sure why people kill off their alter ego but it hurts.

I have noticed a freakishly large number of Lush coma victims.
*knock* *knock* Anyone in here??

Darn! Looks like I missed everyone. I'll try again later!

So I recently had a posting asking for help with my BF. He had changed his passwords and was acting very odd. To all of those who read and commented on that post...... I WAS RIGHT!!!!

He had been watching porn, going on dating sites, and even posting on CL for another man to suck him off...... I have not been able to trust him for sometime now and this only makes it worse. I have had very recent talks with him about him needing to prove himself to me again; which he has promised to do. However, there has been almost no improvement (sure he is more 'lovey dovey' but that does nothing for earning trust). He still refuses to share his passwords with me and avoids the topic at all cost, even knowing how hurt I still am. We have been together for over two years but I dont think he is really trying for me.... I catch him oogling other women regularly (anytime we are out in public).

Guys, can you please help a heartbroken girl? I need some insight as to why he doesnt seem like he cares about my pain or that he is facing losing me.....

Remember that catchy little phrase from Sex in the City, "He's just not that into you?" I think this is the case. If everything you say is true, he's openly looking for other "relationships." I agree with everyone above, it's time to move on. Also, in your next relationship, I wouldn't start demanding passwords, because I think you'll end up in the same type of situation.

P.S. Since he was keeping his passwords from you like Ft. Knox, how did you find out so much about his online history?

I know it says "guys only." Sorry! (not really)

I love Jon Stewart and the Daily Show. He is hillarious and really does give up to date news with his own comical spin. But I wouldnt call him totally unbiased, LOL!!

I like the Colbert Report too!

Matriarch ILF

As for the term MILF I don't really see a problem with it. I hear countless women talking about how they're afraid of losing their figure after giving birth and being unattractive and all that. Surely being told that yes, your stomach blew out like a baloon [sic] and you squeezed a kid out of your vag and you may still have stretchmarks or whatever, but I still wanna fuck you, is a compliment? How many women have complained about being called a MILF?

As for Silverback, I think it's fucking awesome as a term. If it wasn't for the fact that I'm 26 I'd ask to be called a Silverback, simply because it would be one of the more inventive nicknames I've had during my time

Despite all that, we're still fuckable! Yippee! You're right, when you put it that way, how can we not take it as a compliment???

I have always thought the term Cougar was stupid. But I really dont see how MILF is derogatory. It is actually a compliment. Now if it was MIWFWYC, Mom I Wouldnt Fuck With Your Cock, then that would be derogatory.LOL

I have been called a MILF and while I dont really pay attention to it, it nice to be thought of being hot enough that a younger guy or girl would want me. And I hope someday to be considered a GILF!! HAHA

As for DILF, it just doesnt have the same ring to it!!

I think you are making too big a deal about nothing!! Its not like its Old Bitch Id Like To Fuck!

Hey, I was going to post my next story on Lush under that category (OBILTF)!

While those terms are not my favorite, I don't find them derogatory and don't give them much thought. I would certainly rather be called a MILF than a "c*nt."

In fact, while typing this post, I had some douche I've never spoken to before send me a message saying "Hey slutty girl." I was much more offended by that than if he would've called me a MILF or cougar.

Put too much faith in technology and you may wind up in Croatia. A 67-year-old woman from Belgium learned that the hard way after she followed (faulty) directions from her GPS device.

The woman only wanted to go about 90 miles from her hometown of Hainault Erquelinnes, Belgium, to pick up a friend at the Brussels train station. Her GPS device sent her about 900 miles to the south before (during the second day of driving) she realized that something was amiss. It's unclear if she entered the address incorrectly or if the GPS was faulty.

Discovery explains that the driver, Sabine Moreau, stopped twice for gas, slept on the side of the road, and "even suffered a minor car accident" along the way. She told El Mundo that she wasn't paying attention.

"I was distracted, so I kept driving. I saw all kinds of traffic signs, first in French, then German and finally in Croatian, but I kept driving because I was distracted. Suddenly I appeared in Zagreb and I realized I wasn't in Belgium anymore."

The lesson here: If you start seeing road signs in (multiple) foreign languages, pull over. You're probably going the wrong way.

=================

That must have been some distraction!! And as a commenter on the article said, never again should I have to hear about a man refusing to pull over to get directions!

If she drove 900 miles out of her way, I think the "faulty directions" were a direct result of user error when she input the address. Granted, my GPS did tell me that the closest Starbuck's was in Texas when I was searching for one, and I'm positive that I've seen 1 or 2 Starbuck's in the Chicago area. BUT, I didn't drive to Texas looking for it either.

She really is a good friend to drive 900 miles to pick up someone. Hell, the friend's train ride was probably shorter. Also, if she was that distracted while driving, I think it might be a good idea for someone to relieve her of her license.
Hope I'm not too late for the Birthday party. Happy Birthday, Kids! I hope it was a good one!
