I'm probably leaving LushStories as a member maybe as of today (15 September 2021; 10:49 PM EDT), though likely by tomorrow.

I don't like the recent changes.

I don't like the new avatars, I don't like that my profile says I joined 2 years ago when I purposely signed up on [b]29[/b] February 2020, or that I can't create new threads unless I pay money.

But the deal-breaker for me might be having to give personal information about myself before re-joning this new version of LushStories. I did, but I lied—which is against the Terms of Use on this site.

For example, I'm not actually +90 years old nor stand at 7'11"—though my 18th birthday ocured a long time ago; and no, that isn't me on my avatar.

Years ago, I made a promise-of-sorts to myself that I'd join no site that required more than a username and password, and for the most part I kept that promise-of-sorts—aside from the odd error or maybe an exception or two where I lied when the TOU didn't require information about myself to be truthful and accurate, or I intended to inform the administrator.

I was lead to believe that the internet might have a billion sites, perhaps many of which I could join that I'd like. This hasn't been quite the case for the most popular or semi-popular, but there were a few: and now one less.

Lest I continue in violating TOU of this site much, this will probably be my last posting. Nicola might make exemptions but she might be busy and I want the exemptions to be open.

I wish all and this site the best: Nicola, Sprite, Magical_felix, LucaByDesign, WellMadeMan, Buz, IMPÜRETHOUGHTS, et al. People here have been quite friendly, and I'll be sad to leave.
