Former Ohio Governor Ted Strickland, Les Wexner (one of several billionaires with whom my dad is acquainted), and Ann Coulter once called me a bitch at a guest lecture at Denison University about 8 years ago. lol

I have heard lots of speeches at Dennison in Granville.
You should be proud that Ms. Coulter called you what she did.
I've been called things I couldn't tell my Mama too.

At least we got a rise out of them.
It is not possible for me to name the most important people I have met.
But here is the second tier: I was a man who worked in the Oval Office's professor. (Is that vague enough?)
I have taught many Miss XYZ (3 different states) WINNERS.
I have taught a Miss USA.
I was great friends with many of Steelers of 4 Superbowl WINS Fame. I was closest to Franco Harris and his family as we traveled even traveled to Europe together. I know Mean Joe Green really well. We once shared a bottle of Chateau Le Fit Rothschild over a 3-4 hour conversation. He was once of the classiest men I have ever known! I have know many, many famous athletes as I was an active member of S.A.B.R.
I have known many famous people in classical music, opera, "flamenco," Latin dance, and ballet. I doubt if many would know be interested in that.
I have known some famous singers like Bobbv Darin (my Uncles close friend) and Sammy Davis Junior and his wife Altovese.
I knew many of the famous people in French, German, Dutch, Czech existentialism and phenomenology who would proof read my papers before I delivered them.
If I told you about the other side of the coin.....that is, who puts me on their lists...nah......but there is one person I have never met in person below and it kills me.....

Has this question not been asked and lied about enough times already?

I didn't lie.

I have only had one sexual partner in my lifetime.

Thank you angel. That was a gutsy answer sweetheart. Me too.
Why lie?
Thanks again Rach

Not bothered about the type a woman has, as long as they are the ones she was born with.
Enhancing surgery is a turn off for me.

Agreed!!

I wish you were too kk. I will grant you that wish as my wish.

Awe! Granted. But then you miss the attention and feel forlorn!

I wish I could ditch my car and ride a horse wherever I went.

That wish can't be granted with all the inconveniences, but if you hop on one of my horses I dream we will ride together and leave the cars and cares behind Chanel!!
My turn to let the truth ring out loud and clear!! .....but how can anybody claim to be following Alliebug?
They have tried at work yes. But I also get hit on now and then when I am out. But I haven't taken the plunge yet.

I myself have been in this spot before [Edit: as a sender, not receiver of pics]. I was young and stupid - not that age has anything to do with how savvy you are when playing with fire. You don't have to be overly paranoid, but some degree of caution is important. I personally think a picture's compromising only when it shows a face or an identifying body mark (tattoos, birth marks, etc). So as long as you crop those out of the snap, I think you should be fine.

I actually think this is a legit concern, although I understand how this issue can get pretty boring to the more seasoned among us. x

I could never get bored with this Emily! I know enough about this stuff so that it keeps me perennially short of sleep. Us older folks have to be concerned about the dangers women like you face every day. You know me well enough to know I mean that.

LOL.
Yes I missed that memo too, lol.

Everyone knows I am really a video game character IN REAL LIFE, Duh. (It is my avi)

...and a great avi it is! Oops!

Seriously, I think this is a real concern. But it is not the only one I see.

With all the surveillance that goes on now, it is almost impossible to hid your identity...I don't know what the percentage of the general population is, but if you google anyone's name, you have a good chance of finding out more about them than they might ever want you too. Try googling your won name...get ready for a surprise if you never have. If you are not there YET, some of the people know know might be.
Your Math teacher, your hair stylist, your brother in the service, whatever....

Age is no problem! 300 year old vampires are the best.

Hahaha! That was really clever!

I used to think it was a serious problem but I don't think so anymore. The reason is simple: no one really knows how much time we have here, so we have to take what life gives us.

Chat annoyance:
After typing "brb", you type "back" when you return. ..and the person you're talking to types, "front".

I'm sorry, this annoys me.

Then it annoys me too Bella!!
I remember when being truthful made you someone others respected and admired.
Today I read several articles saying that Germany is STILL rejecting the Roma from seeking to live in their country. Few people know they also killed as many as two million gypsies in the Holocost. When will it end?
For me writing is not a singular thing. The poems I write and publish here are inspired by women (mostly here) and they come out as fast as I can write them down. Of course, compared to our good poets here, they are not all that good, but they are loving and that is what I am feeling anyway.
On more serious story writing, if I find the time it is a more careful process. I can come up with a lot of ideas and even have the outlines written in my mind already, but when I start to actually write them out, it is bound to undergo so much revision that I seldom publish them.
Finally, my main writing is in history and there the emphasis is on research. Once the facts are at my fingertips and I believe I understand what story they tell, it is easy to write them out. It takes me 7-10 years to research and write one.
So, in the case of poems I have to feel loved, that gets me singing.
In the case of stories, it is usually the same thing but more carefully constructed. Usually takes weeks to months.
In the case of books, it is the gathering of data the book will center around. That takes years.
But in ALL cases I must be powerfully in need to say something because of a specific inspiration. It is only in a very small number of cases that I publish it here--so far anyway.
