I could write a book about how much this means to me. If I truly love a woman, I long for her eyes and the love shown in them, the willingness to please us both even it it gives her a stiff neck now and then. I can go on but I think I have made my point.

I strongly believe that we humans have to develop courage to face life's challenges in general. The only way to do that is to just put yourself in the frame of mind that you are going to face things straight on. Maybe that sounds "Marine" to others but I find that if I do that, and avoid one great killer of motivation I am ready: that killer is self-pity. I simply will not feel sorry for myself inside as we must play every hand we are dealt in life the best way that hand can be played. We have to keep the focus on that which is possible right before us and not bemoan what isn't. It uses up precious time and energy and solves nothing.
I follow a very strict eating regimen and make no exceptions. I have no addictions. Never eat prepared foods. Make everything myself. Belong to ADA.
