The inhabitants are men and women in historical noble dresses. Some of them have pointy ears. And vampires.

The dresses. Corsets for women underneath their gown, of Marie Antoinette-esque mixed with Swan Lake. Dress shirt for the men in a three-layer suit, because it's more fun to unbutton them. One by one.

Their characteristics. Some are heroes, some are antiheroes, and some are hardcore villains.
