I can't understand WHY it is even against the law. The only reason it really is was that william randolph hurst and the major tobacco companies were worried about their money and competition back in the the 30's. Not to mention the potential money in fees and taxes that can be obtained from it. All I see are wins to decriminalize, what are the losses? Colorado, USA has already shown the potential for tax benefits available. Amsterdam knows it, Canada knows, why doesn't the US?
