An Affair to Remember

Yes... absolutely!
I've always been fond of the CAR-gasm.

That's when you can't wait to get home, pull into a parking lot and get each other off (by whatever means appropriate).

I find a VPL to be a turn-off. And conversely, the lack of one a turn on. The simple rule should be, if what you're wearing is tight enough to show a panty line, lose the knickers or wear a thong.

An example of the majesty of No VPL:

I rest my case.
Amen Chris .. single malt scotch will keep you going. Truth is, Lush discovered a golden nugget when you were conned into becoming a Mod. I never doubted that you would take on the job with the same zeal that you tackle everything else.

Well deserved honor. I think some of the 'inner circle' could learn something from your great attitude and lack of a feeling of superiority. As they say down in Texas... You just keep on keepin' on!
I don't think I know georgiebites, but I can't think of a better way to get acquainted.

Oh yes, Enjambment is great because it reflects the structure and the content of the poem. But then so is A List of Lonelinesses (how can you not read it after that title?), and The Point at Which You Entered.

I'm collecting all these titles to steal, by the way.

My favorite was Friction ... how could you not read that?
For me, the most creative titles come from AvrgBlkGrl.

I especially like "I Hate You." Now that's a title that will make you want to read the story.

She is a master at choosing one-word titles (like Trust)
I once submitted a story and found after it was published that the moderator who verified my story had changed my wording and inserted the word 'cunt.' I was furious because I have never used that word. Since becoming a 'working member' of Lush I've come to understand that cunt is a very acceptable word in the UK. They don't have a problem with it .. and I find it totally acceptable from British writers.

For myself, I might write something like 'his fingers neared her sex' or 'he found her channel hot and tight,' but for the most part, I'll stick with pussy. As others have said, 'vagina' is just too clinical. Same with 'penis.'

That's just my take on it, but I have spent long minutes trying to think of a different word to a pussy.
I do my writing in Word. In the initial set-up, I choose the 'no spacing' option (as opposed to 'Normal.' For the most part, I've had no troubles getting the transfer of documents from Word to Lush to look the way I want them to look (I can get a little OCD about how it looks).

I noticed about a month ago that EVERY story that was approved and added to Page 1 seemed to have an extra line between paragraphs. My guess was that there was something wrong with the Lush transfer system, because all of the stories looked the same.
Congratulations! I wish you ever success. I know the thrill of having your first book published.
I worked with GreenEyedKitty to write the five-part series Spinning Down the Rabbit Hole.

We have just completed the sixth chapter and will be publishing it very soon as a Kindle erotica book. It's a joy to work with her, but she has an extremely busy schedule.
I really like the new 'Collaborator Page." It gives writers to expose stories written but not published under his/her name. Nice Touch. Thanks!
Happy Birthday, Simmie .... I hope that you got exactly what you wanted as a birthday gift .. and as many times as you wanted it!

I'll read anything from AvgrBlkGrl or Milik as soon as I see it.

For the past six months, I've completely enjoyed Burquette and VirgoGo.

ChrisM has a different way of writing erotica .. it's more like a love story and very enjoyable.
Without question, the cream rose to the top.

Excellent choices for the winning stories.
I was told once that it was the author's total views (on all stories) for the most current 31 day period. When I was told that, the criteria did not include awsomeness. So, I gather that if you add in the degree of awesomeness and write a story that gets 1,000 views and ... you make Top Authors.

Any more questions?
