I’m basically the guy in charge of making sure nothing turns into a disaster…

Most days, you walk around, sit in meetings, answer emails, and quietly fix problems before anyone realizes they were problems.

Other days, something goes sideways and suddenly I’m coordinating a bunch of moving parts while everyone’s talking at once and waiting for you to tell them what to do.
