I like cats but dogs are my thing. I have two. I always wish for a bigger yard and house for them, but we have what we have. They're happy and healthy, just have to walk them as much as I can. I like to bring them out when I can, too. I mean, who wants to stay in one house for their entire existence? I don't take them on vacation anymore-- it's a lot. But there are so many dog friendly places these days just around town. ?

I have known guys who were twenty-one, but not past that unless it was for religious reasons. I don't know exactly how I'd feel if an older adult man told me he was a virgin, but I assume I'd be surprised and would probably immediately want to know if it was for religious reasons. The bottom line is, you have to get more confident. You can sell just about anything to probably most people with a bit of confidence and humor (a bit.. A BIT .. of self deprecating humor can really lighten the mood and make people feel comfortable). That said, you never know about anyone's kinks. I've always wondered what it would be like to take someone's V-card, lol. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

The image of the cat attacking the bird is really heartbreaking. I used to see crows go after ducklings when I lived on a lake. Nature can be brutal. If it's out of control, things have to be done. It doesn't seem to be the case here in Florida, nor do we have coyotes and such things, which is what makes this conversation so interesting.
Edit: oops I lied. If you live near a lake, the gators have generally been known to eat small mammals like cats and dogs. Those who live there typically learn this quickly though.

Yeah, not out here. Especially where I live, there are a lot of feral cats. No one owns them, and they take care of themselves pretty well. Even when it comes to cars, surprisingly. Sometimes people can trap them, get them fixed and ear-nicked, but they go back into the wild world they know and thrive in. Some just won't be tamed.
I don't get why that bothers people. (It only bothers me when they fight)

If they don’t take that seriously, suspend the like fuckers. The parents then need to deal with it and that may mean taking time off from work, counselling, etc.
I sense you are down and disillusioned by some of the crap you’ve had to deal with. If the kid that cut your hair didn’t both lose his scissor privileges, and get suspended, then it’s an admin issue. They aren’t seriously supporting their staff. If other teachers are having similar issues, and the bad behaviours continue, it’s time for you to find a better school.
It's important to also mention that some kids are lower functioning than others in some areas. Also, I know parents whose kids hit and they have no idea why and try to discipline them to no avail. Seeking help, getting it, and putting it into practice takes time and it's never easy.

I nearly missed a sea turtle post?! Lol I loved watching them hatch! But yeah, it's a long process of waiting, unless you're just lucky. Worth it to see the sand erupt with the little guys though. Apparently light pollution has been fucking with their sense of direction lately. Really sad. I hope yours hatch soon and run for the sea.
