I can still use my phone but this is less convenient

I'm using my tablet to chat but I can't post pics or text. As soon as I enter all activity is frozen. I can see others posts but not make my own

The issues with bt Internet would surely be solved if you disables the WiFi on the device being used and used mobile data. However if you do this the fault persists. Surely this would suggest the WiFi hub is not the issue.
