I have typed my retirement letter twice in as many days. Trying to hit the right balance between "the time is right" and "fuck our CEO and the horse he rode in on". Frustration with our corporate parent is basically the problem and I don't feel like dealing with the stress of that fracturing relationship for two more years, which I would be looking at if I stay on for the current big project.
