I do have mods as friends but I interact with them as friends only. I mean I do not go to chat room much now, neither I am an author who submits stories to a mod. But I have seen Lush grow and glow over a period of time and that's enough to say that right kind of people are handling the affairs here and I love and respect them all. However, there was a time when some mods, who somehow intervened in the privacy of members, got record of their chat and sort of harass and black mailed members. Such crimes had obvious profound effects on effected members. I believe such black sheeps have now been sorted out. Overall I think mods do an amazing job. They gives their precious time to better the site we all love to be a part of and deserve appreciation.
The Mod Community is the actual driving force that has brought qualitative improvement in the site and continues to do so. Thank you for the wonderful job you do.
Used to read newspapers for my grandmother.
Used to have Ample Hills's vanilla malted ice cream, two to three times a day.
Lush is a wonderful place to have fun.
Quality of the content is steadily improving here.
Lush management has a resolve to keep on moving.
One the other hand:
I simply do not agree with the class distinction created by gold, silver and bronze badges and do not understand how it can benefit Lush in tangible terms; actually it is turning counter productive. However, the distinction may be on the basis of excellence i.e. best poet, best author in each category etc. That would be more exciting. A ranking system may also be considered and introduced.
And no one should have the authority to have access to member's private chat. This is damaging the reputation of Lush.
You have a resource of about 300000 members, exploit this asset of yours to generate income but do not ask money from members.
I believe love can be found in many different people. All that is required is an attraction and commonality such as likes and dislikes, interests etc. But once found, love requires commitment to be true love. So do you believe that there is only one true love for everyone?
