What are the benefits of upgrading to be a Platinum Status member and how do that should I wish to do so. I am already a gold member.

I cannot access the Lush Stories site from my PC.  My log in name is Mandifan1 and I am a gold member.  All I get is a screen saying "well this is embarrassing...". This has been ongoing for the last three days.
