I honestly thought this must be an April fool prank...
SOOOO disappointed that it's not...
I've just posted about this on Facebook, so that my friends can make decisions about Mozilla...
Shocking in this day and age...
MF, rather than take up any more space in the thread, I'll just PM you, okay?
I clicked on the thread because I had already posted on it, not because you posted here.
I'm not rising to the bait, MF, I think you understand perfectly well what I'm talking about.
Can we please, please, please not have another ridiculous flame war?
Yet another thread that gets pissed on by people who simply can't keep their own counsel or bite their tongues?
You know, threads do sometimes wander off in another direction than originally intended, it happens, but this is pure threadjacking, just for the sake of trouble.
I for one haven't missed the shit stirring and winding up. In fact, along with many others, I'm pretty sick of it. Fighting for the sake of it, winding people up and trying to cause grief. It's old, it's tired and it's juvenile.
It not only pisses people who enjoy the forums off, but I personally think it reflects pretty badly on the site and stops people from making reasonable posts, for fear of getting shit on by a non-representative minority.
We get it, you're funny as fuck and know what buttons to push to get a reaction, but it's tiresome as fuck and makes the forums a crappy place to hang out.
You should start a flamewar thread or something, where this sort of crap is acceptable and people who don't want to see it or be a part of it can simply avoid it.
How about experimenting with different positions? Some might be less stimulating for you than others? Or perhaps wearing a condom to decrease sensitivity?
Or I'm sure I've heard of numbing gels that might be able to help?
Other than that, I'm not very sure - I'll bet that other Lushies have ideas and suggestions for you though...
(welcome to the forums BTW!)
Putting the shoe on the other foot, I wouldn't pay a man, a stranger, to keep me company.
If I had to pay them, well, that would mean that they didn't actually 'want' to be with me, wouldn't it?
I would gladly pay for a service or skill that didn't have; like a plumber, or a lawyer, or a mechanic or something, but to pay for company? I don't think so
It would just seem sad and wrong.
