Thanks, Jen. Know everyone is busy. Being my first top 10, just kind of like to see it. After that, wouldn't care as much.

After nearly a month after the winners, runners-up, and top 15 stories of the "Advent" competition were announced by Jen, and six days after Simplyjohn told me that the development team had been advised, I've still not seen the coveted 'Competition Top 10' badge appear on my profile. I'm now resigned to the fact that for whatever reason, that badge will never appear - at least for this competition. Sadly, not including the winner and two runners-up, out of the seven remaining top ten stories, six author's are, like me, first-time winners of that accolade and the badge does not show up their profile either. Well, I guess, there's always hope for the next competition. Hopefully, the theme of that competition will appear soon.

I had the same problem in Lush's sister site. Took forever for the same badge to show up on my profile. Molly had told me that she could put Recommended Read and Editors Pick badges on your profile, but other badges were only uploaded at intervals. Seemed odd to me, but I'm not a computer geek.

Thanks for the update, Simplyjohn. Thought maybe badges were updated only a intervals like the end of the month.
