I'm only small chested so I rarely wear a bra and I often catch guys staring down my shirt. I make sure I stay in the same position for a while so they are properly staring and then I look into their eyes so they KNOW I have caught them. I don't MIND, I just hope they enjoyed the view. On one occasion, it ld to a nice, but short relationship!
