Am an avid movie watcher and love a good horror , fantasy or sci-fi flick.

Have a soft spot for westerns and love a good bad movie.

Favourite movies of all time … There a four movies I’ve watched more than once …

1. The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, this movie by far my favourite and one I can watch again and again.

2. Zulu… I saw this movie as a kid and it gave me a love of movies that has been with me ever since.

3. The Rocky Horror Picture Show. .. for nearly two years I would go to the midnight screening of this movie once a month . I would dress up and wear make up and for a young guy in Scotland in the early 1980’s it was very liberating and this film have me great tolerance for all those on the fringes.

4. Moulin Rouge (musical) normally not a fan of musicals but this movie just works for me, cant really explain why just gives me a happy buzz , what else you need from a movie.

Apart from them I usually just watch a movie once and that’ll do me.

Musically, I was a big Marc Bolan and TRex fan in the 70’s then an original punk rocker, following The Damned, The Sex Pistols etc ( claim to fame at the time was punching Sid Vicious one night in a pub) I like my alternative music , very rarely listening to chart or classic rock. I’m not a nostalgia buff when it comes to music, believing there comes a time bands should just stop.

Have a soft spot for Northern Soul , went through a Motown phase when I was about 15/16.
