Well, I am not trying to push you or anything, but if it just a matter of finding a landing spot, I know of two that publish these kinds of books.
1. Smashwords Publishing: https://www.smashwords.com/publishing (Smashwords Book Publishing information)
and https://draft2digital.com their uploading site (you need a Draft2Digital account to use the site) I am not an author so I haven’t used them but I have purchased many books from them, and from the reader’s side it’s a really good site. They have over 1,000,000 books and many are erotica with similar content as your first book. Their corporate address is in Oklahoma, USA, so I suppose they are an American business entity.
2. Fiction4All Publishing: https://f4allpublishing.com/index.htm (Their site to start publishing with them) and A1 Adult Ebooks https://a1adultebooks.com/index.htm?phase=2 (their selling site for erotica). Their inventory includes books that are much worse than anything I’ve seen elsewhere (I don’t mean that to be pejorative, I just point it out since you were banned by Amazon). I buy books from them when I can’t find them anywhere else. These guys are British.
Both places seem to be friendly to authors and consumers, so my only recommendation is Smashwords and that is mostly because their book selling universe is bigger. Their website is also a bit easier to navigate.
I am always busy with other projects, so I know how tasks can expand to fill all available time. 😉
