I get this thread was on being a "moderate Democrat", but what about just being a decent human being. Like others, I'm no fan of our current POTUS. I will not vote for him should he choose to run for reelection in 2020. I was once a Republican, but I left when I still lived in California and was harassed about why same-sex marriage was a bad thing (which it's not, for the record.) The insane arguments I heard were enough for me to say enough. I now have no party affiliation and I intend to keep it that way. I've always felt that we should vote for the best candidate, regardless of what party they are connected to. Even if Trump had run as a Democrat, I still would not have voted for him becasue I didn't feel in any way he was the best candidate (more like the worst). I feel history will not reflect kindly on him and he could become the worst president ever.
While I'm not from Australia, I'm surprised this is even an issue. I was under the impression they had already legalized same-sex marriage (but clearly I was mistaken.) Hopefully they'll vote the right way and end this nonsense.
Joan Rivers once said she was for same-sex marriage because gay people should have to experience the pains of divorce like the rest of us. While she was making a joke, the bottom line is that this form of discrimination is wrong and needs to end once and for all.
In my classroom I have an apple shaped wax melter that uses the wax cubes (you can find at Walmart fairly cheap) and every day I put a new scent in. The kids enjoy the variety. Some of the current favorites are "Illusion" which does have a musky, male cologne scent, cinnamon and spice, honeysuckle, and "Mountain Twilight". At home I burn a mango coconut, rose, jasmine, and other flowery scents.

I would not vote for Kanye, I don't care for him. Give me the Rock any day.
Bottom line, the hotels, bars, and casinos of Las Vegas were the true winners. Everything was booked solid the weekend before Labor Day.
Years ago I had a sports bra that was designed to pull over your head and fasteners to tighten it up. However, I haven't seen ones like that for years. The one I just bought day before yesterday was just a pull over the head type. At least now you can get them in pretty colors.
Still an amazing film and seeing it again on the big screen was awesome!
