Teacher grade books on Amazon & Google. I need a new one for the new school year that doesn't have a lesson plan book in it. The hard part is finding one with more than 30 lines for names. I need one to have between 36-40 lines for names & grades, but still big enough for me to write in... and have at least 40 pages... without costing a small fortune. Luckily... that last part isn't too difficult... especially for something I'll use every week (if not every day) for the upcoming school year.

Best short story ever written. I vividly remember my sister coming home from school and pulling out a book and saying, "You have to read this story!" I read it on the spot, sitting on her bed. This story (along with Bradbury and later Vonnegut) made me want to be a writer.


I was first exposed to this story in my middle school Spanish class when the teacher would play it for us. In high school I found a copy of the book in the school's library. I checked it out so many times I was sure they would let me keep it. I've got a copy of this story in a few anthologies from college, but not this collection. A friend gave me an Amazon gift card and I was like... hey... I can finally get my own copy of this book... so I did.

I totally agree with you. This is the best short story ever written.

Oh... and as a bonus... I'm going to teach it to my up-coming 7th graders next school year.

The color will depend on what I'm wearing. I have white, tan (some might call it nude), gray, bronze, blue, red, black, purple, & maroon. Though I'm braless right now (just got out of bed) when I do get dressed, I'll decide when I figure out what I'm wearing today.

It took me 2.5 years to finally have a story that shot up to a Famous Story in two months. I guess most of my supernatural and sci-fi stuff isn't as popular as I would hope. I'm hoping over time more of my pieces will reach this goal... and maybe one day... I'll get a Legendary Story. I'm not sure why more people don't read my stories... but I do know that more and more are getting read as time goes one. Even the early pieces are getting some love from time to time.

So... I say having one story that is now Famous doesn't suck. If you're wondering... it's my only Christmas story & my only anal story... All She Wants For Christmas. It was the one that must have hit a chord with the readers because it's has more views than any other story... and some combined. Thank you to all who read it and made it Famous.
