Good morning, good afternoon, good evening all!
It is time for a strong cup of coffee. I slept for five hours last night and feel like a new man.
Today will be the last game for one of the best soccer players in a generation, Philip Lahm. Captain of the German National team and Bayern, he has won all there is to win and will spend more time on his charities. Mia San Mia!
I have a date tomorrow, for which I need to prepare today. Panna cotta to be made, picnic basket packed, and food and wine arranged. Who knows, I could get lucky...
I really enjoyed reading all the responses on the famous deceased women ploy. Really great takes on those and interesting insights into this bunch of reprobates. I am impressed withthe collected knowledge here. Let me know when you are ready for another question
Greets all!
I am punchy from no sleep. Summer just came to Southern California. Warm to hot depending upon where you are. Work was tough and writing was even more so.
I'd love a Hannah. It looks like I have a lot of reading and listening lined up.
Any wonderful plans for the weekend?
Coffee please. Seems like a very short night and not in that good way.
I hope to get some writing done today.
Once upon a time, he was a friend of mine. Very sad.
Coffee me please.
I slept through the night for a change. So many good choices of famous deceased women put forward.
I toyed with naming Shelley, but in truth I've only read "The Modern Prometheous."
Damn. Burquette beat me to Harriette Tubman - my favorite. Elizabeth I - ruling well in what was typically thought of as a male domain. (Yes, I know there were female rulers before her)
Okay, if another and not to repeat anyone elses:
Marie Curie - remarkable brain
Mary Cassot - underrated impressionist artist
Willa Cather - I like her writing. She could be the first quintessntial American woman author.
I haven't and wouldn't pay for sex. Just not for me
However, with appropriate safeguards (to protect against abuse, trafficking, underage, and other reprehensible behaviors) I would support legalization and regulation of prostitution in its various forms.
For her (the woman in the video), she has found a novel way of making money. As there seems to be a certain segment of the male population who believe that there are lots of people who want to see their dick, she is likely to make money. Capitalism in action, unfortunately.
A second cup of coffee would be great. A little something in it wouldn't be amiss.
Sinuses suck. I'd been doing really well for several years now - Prophylactively taking Claratin and Flonase. Today sucks.
No time alone. So it can't happen much.
No name.
Do people name their left elbow?
Read the story and loved it. I could add my "R' to it.
I'd love a beer while cooking. Crab cake sliders will be coming up. Now to get the skillet hot. Did anyone pay the gas bill?
Cooking bar treats for happy hour tonight. Could use a lemonade to tide me over.
Anxiously awaiting with Seeker, Burquette's story. I don't pace but more lurk in doorways, furtively glancing around?
Killers of the Flower Moon by David Grann
Morning all.
I'd love some coffee. Maybe slip a little something into it. It'll be a long day at work again.
I did but I killed it as it bummed me out during the elections
Do I like it when a woman wears lingerie?
Abso-fucking-lutely! You get to admire her and then, if you're lucky you can take all or some of it off. A prelude to better things.
I'd love a big cup of coffee and a dough-god hole.
Today, my staff and I start preparing documentation for our replacements. I need to dial down my sarcasm for the day.
I plan on being killed at age 96 by a jealous husband of 27.
Verbal congrats on th RR.
I have a neighbor that is a JW. She is very nice and hasn't prostlytized.
Telemarketers I brush off quickly or tell them I am only the burgler. People at the door by my asking if they would like to hear about satanism. I might alo try to convert them to my First Church of Appliantology (better living through every modern convenience).
I'd love a Hannah
