Second issue is my boss decides what vendors get paid and when. I feel like he leaves the smaller businesses waiting way too long to receive payments, sometimes waiting months past the due date of the bills. I would prioritize the ma and pa operations who have less bank financing and rely heavily on getting paid in a timely manner.
