"Is it important to know how B is feeling as the scene unfolds?". In my opinion, and especially for cuckold stories, which are emotionally complex and can be so amazingly powerful for me, sharing B's feelings (thoroughly) is critical. I need to know that A clearly sees how the scene is effecting B so that she can tweek/manipulate things causing him to experience even more of those very complex and powerful cuckold feelings. With a few really powerful cuckold stories I have actually had to put the story away for a few hours (or days) because even though I was intensely aroused I was also feeling exactly what B was feeling (fear, humiliation, angst, sadness ...). if that makes sense.
