No and I'm not sure it would be for me.
HYE said something in the heat of a sexual encounter that brought it to an abrupt end?

Good morning, folks. Guess the Bear is still a'wanderin'. Bertha is cleansed and loaded up with some Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. We've got Darjeeling and Irish Breakfast teas, with a pot of Yorkshire Gold as well for me and David. I can't seem to connect with James' baker, so here's some goodie from my Inspirations supply.

I hope the smoke isnβt a problem for Bear and Lady Jay while in MI.
We were back to normal on SW Ontario today but that could just mean it's staying West of us or something, I.e. where they are. That has been probably the nastiest I have ever seen the air around here and I grew up and have always lived in this area.
Good evening, folks. How's things? The bar ape is in. Whatcha drinkin'?
I had some inspiration, so I'm giving it a shot. Probably too straightforward and "normal" to get any kind of prize unless some twist comes to mind. Still, it's got me writing and I think there's some interesting action to be had. We shall see how I feel. Oh, and the pacing is almost perfect for hitting the 5000 word limit so I don't think much editing for length will be needed, if any.

Not yet, but if Spain win the World Cup, I think there's a good chance later on!
Nothing like some fireworks to celebrate, eh. π
Not likely with a partner but I'm a bit horny today so will probably have an intimate moment with one of my regular five-fingered partners.

Have you considered an βOdysseyβ themed writing challenge this summer?
Ape like. And I have a pile of coins over on SS. Hmmmmmm. Not sure I have Kimmi's chops for running these things, though.

Headed to see The Odyssey shortly.
I might try to see it at some point. I have a special connection to Odysseus that I can't really talk about here. I'm really more a fan of the Iliad, though. Fewer (okay, no) monsters, more personal drama.

Small groups.
Do you pay the price for top shelf drinks or are you ok with well liquor?
Back on topic, I mostly only drink wine anymore (had a nice Ontario Riesling yesterday), but I do like a good scotch so probably top shelf.
Does poor air quality cause problems for you or just a nuisance?

My latest story I wish to publish has been sent to the moderator for approval. It has been quite a long time and there has been no word on if it is ready to be published or rejected. Meanwhile, I have other stories I am anxious to publish but the site won't let me enter any others while there is still one waiting to be approved. Can you help?
Wrong forum for this, but there are long moderation queues these days and there are multiple threads about that already if you look around. Also, there is a comp on and those stories get priority. Stories from Gold and Platinum members also get priority so if you're planning on writing regularly and for the long haul, look at buying a membership (I have been one on and off for years, and finally bought Platinum which is lifetime).

Thanks I'll need to bring my portable oxygen for sure
The company I manage IT for is a home oxygen and respiratory company so I can picture this almost perfectly. Only operate in Ontario, though. Take care of yourself. All my best vibes and thoughts are winging your way. Oh, and music, of course. Your daily music posts have been such a great part of this place. I could post something melancholy but I figure you'd rather have a boost. Here's my favourite singer and her regular band with something almost danceable (as danceable as metal gets, anyhow).
Good morning. No Bear yet. I shall give Bertha her morning scrub and load her up with some Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. For teas there's Darjeeling and Yorkshire Gold. Kettle is hot if you're looking for other fine teas. And there's an assortment of cold drinks for those seeking to beat the heat. Goodies will be coming soon, no doubt.
Happy Tuesday! How goes it?
