I'm really not a fan of piercing personally; even some earrings can be a little too much for me visually speaking (the overly big ones mostly).

And concerning the absorption of supplements, it mostly depends on the supplement itself. Some are easily absorbed by your body (no matter the form/quality), while others are a bit more finicky. For the most part though, the majority of what you can buy is effective. I briefly worked in a pharmaceutical factory (where they produced all those over-the-counter supplements), and I can assure you that the quality/quantity of what they put in their tablets is extremely controlled.

I ingest so many supplements daily...

Here's what I take in tablets form:

- Multi-vitamin
- Vitamin C x 1g (strong antioxidant; helps to prevent diseases, infections, cells deterioration, etc.)
- Vitamin D x 2,000 IU (greatly improves athletic performances; I live in a northern climate, so I can't always get a sufficient amount from sun exposure)
- Omega3 x 2,0g (I already ingest 3,0g of Omega3 from the salmon I eat for lunch, I also add a few capsules to get a hefty 5,0g daily)
- Calcium x 500mg (bone health)
- Magnesium x 200mg (neuromuscular health; I used to have occasional muscle spasms, my doctor recommended this to me)
- Zinc x 25mg (increases the volume/quality of my cum; also beneficial for athletic performances and growth)
- Pygeum x 500mg (increases the volume of my cum; also great for prostate health)
- Horse Chestnut x 500mg (circulatory health; improves the appearance of broken capillaries, spider veins and varicose veins)
- Glucosamine 1,5g + Chondroitin 1,2g (joint health)

I also add these to my morning and post-workout oatmeal:

I took many of these Myers-Briggs tests in the past and I always alternate between INTJ and INTP (though INTJ comes up a lot more frequently). I also took the test in this thread two years ago, and I got ISTJ for the first time ever; strangely enough that new test indicates that I have a 'distinct' preference for Intuition (while all of my other traits are only 'moderate').

I'm likely 50 Intuition / 50 Sensing with only a slight preference for Intuition. I recognize myself in both of these traits pretty much equally:

Intuition (I):

- Focus on the possibilities
- Are more abstract; like ideas and theories for their own sake
- Trust their gut instincts
- Like to imagine and think about the future
- Like to create new ways of doing things
- Frequently jump around from topic to topic

Sensing (S):

- Focus on facts and specifics

I recognize myself a lot more in the traits of Judging than Perceiving however, but I also have my contradictions with those (eg. Receiving a test is free where I live, so I get tested whenever it feels appropriate: prior to committing myself to a proper girlfriend (and fucking her without condoms), after I've slept with a few dubious partners (even though I always wear a condom), or simply once in a while to be secure about the whole thing.

See, that's a common misconception that many girls share: heels usually only add 1/2 to 2/3 of their official 'announced' height (and I had this argument with many other girls in the past too, by the way):

I'd be curious to test you both to see how accurate you are at guesstimating guys' heights. As Dancing_Doll said, many guys in the 5'10" range tend to round up to 6'0"; and in my own experience, many guys just below average (around 5'7") also round up to the average height of 5'9". It can be hard to tell exactly what 5'9" or 6'0" (or any other height) looks like when so many men lie about their height; pretty much like it is for the size of dicks in fact.

I kinda know what 5'2" and 5'4" look like myself in a girl; 5'2" is just below my mouth and 5'4" is somewhere between my eyes and the tip of my nose. But considering that girls can wear so many types of shoes/heels (and my own height can also vary significantly according to the shoes I'm wearing), and that their overall built/figure can also influence my perceptions, I've been proven not to be 100% right all the time.

In terms of appearance, I'm not overly difficult though for some reason I don't really like overly puffy nipples. I'm not exactly sure why, I guess it's simply a very personal preference which I have absolutely no idea where it originated from.

There are quite a few tips/tricks that exist to overcome premature ejaculation. This short Wikihow article sums it up nicely (link), but the most popular/effective ones generally are:

- Wearing a condom
- Applying a numbing cream
- Increasing the time dedicated to foreplay and/or switching to something else (eg. oral sex)

Sounds like you need a new PC. I have an ASUS G series gaming laptop. i7 processor, 12 Gigs of RAM, Nviida GTX video card and a badass ASUS Mobo. It's a lot cheaper than a MAC and has the same bang. Ahhhh CamStudio, yes, I used that years ago, they never fixed the choppy play back in full screen recording, but it's free, and serves it's purpose. Not sure, but it might still only output vids in .avi. With mobile devices using more broadband than PCs, we really need software that will output vids in all user friendly native formats.

If you are going to invest in a new PC, I strongly recommend an intel i7 processor. The i5 is good, but when it comes to video editing, you'll be glad you invested in the i7. I have both, and the difference in performance is huge.

Thanks for all that info. Right now I'm using an Acer laptop that's only 2.00 GHz with 2 Gigs of RAM, which I bought from a friend for a very cheap price; I actually had a computer that was slightly better about 2 years ago but it died on me. I mostly only use my computer for web-browsing and listening to music, so I didn't really feel the need to invest for a brand new computer. My current computer is generally working fine for how I use it, but yeah... the performances are definitely lacking when I'm editing videos (especially when I have dozens of short 3 sec. clips on my timeline, as seen on my LushStories video). Photoshop and MixCraft7 (my music software) work perfectly fine though.

It's actually quite funny because I never use this laptop as a proper 'laptop'; I have all the regular accessories plugged into it (screen, keyboard, speakers, etc.) and it just stays closed with my regular screen on top of it, haha.

I personally have a freeware called CamStudio, but I really can't record flawless videos of my desktop like you did. Everything seems to be slow/buggy when I try it, especially when I'm trying to record the full screen (like you did yourself); my computer is getting rather old/slow though, that might have something to do with it.

In fact, this whole project made me realize that I definitely should invest for a new computer; my current computer had quite a hard time managing all those editing programs (Photoshop, Mixcraft, PowerDirector, etc.), especially when they were all running at the same time.

The two other ones are from Dancing_Doll's 'Hard Candy' (that one was pretty obvious) and Magical_felix's 'Mignonette'.

I actually tried to include a few other quotes similar to this, but it can be a lot of hard work. First, I needed a quick 'punch line' that summarizes the spirit of the story and that's not an overly long sentence (not to break the flow of the video). Then, I had to find an appropriate clip that quickly followed the quote itself (preferably in HD); that can be more complicated than it sounds, 95% of what I stumbled across on the internet was either cheap porn or crappy amateur videos. I wanted to include a reference to Sprite's 'Would you like ketchup with that?' (featuring a sexy drive-thru waitress), but I only found dozens of amateur videos where girls are flashing their tits in front of a fast-food restaurant.

We'll see about that. I actually uploaded a few other videos containing slightly explicit material in the past (that one, notably), and they're doing fine. My videos usually only get about 100 views, so unless someone wants to act like an asshole and report it to Youtube authorities, chances are that it will remain unnoticed.

And also, I doubt that Nicola will really want to use that video for promoting LushStories; it contains quite a few copyrighted material (pretty much every picture/video is copyrighted anyway), which could be problematic. I've been very careful not to include overly popular clips or recognizable celebrities (and also edited/resized the clips so that the least amount of faces would be shown), but I definitely wouldn't advocate using it to advertise a profit-making website. I don't believe it will be an issue to present it on these forums just for fun where I'm the only one endorsing it (in terms of liability I mean), but I don't really see it being used for an extensive marketing campaign.
