Well, I very rarely wear a bra, in or out of the house, so, I guess my feelings are that it's pretty normal. When I wear one it is almost always because I want to achieve a specific visual effect.
Kind of depends on what you mean. I've never done it as a performance (though that idea is intriguing), but I have sucked a dick or two where I knew I at least could have been seen, regardless of whether I was or not.
