Settings here in your experimental settings, did change it into dark mode. I will work on font size separately in Brave browser, likely using CMD settings for chrome.

When reading on a PC's web browser, there are add-ons to get dark mode and resizing is easy with CTRL-+ / - But on Android, none of this is easy to come by, so would be a great addition.
