I took a screen cap of Kim Wilde in the "shower" from her music video "Chequered Love" cause she looked hot in it. I made it my avatar and I noticed I got a lot of chat requests for cybering. I specifically said the picture wasn't me in my profile.
So I swapped it for a more demure Edwardian portrait photograph. I have never posted any pics of myself as I rather keep my identity to myself. I just added pictures which I found interesting. Two photos are of my favourite musician and my current avatar is a scene from a movie.
But yes I do find it amusing when people say the avatar is them when clearly it isn't.
