But I don't like it squishy. Blech. It doesn't have to be crisp exactly but it has to be done. I always bake mine on a rack in a sheet so the fat drips off and the bacon stays flat AND no splatters. And once in awhile I'll sprinkle a mixture of ground pecans and a bit of brown sugar to the top of them when i bake them...delish.
I want to love it and feel I should but it's too sweet, a little plastic-y tasting. What I do love are Toffifay candies. Remember those? Hardly ever see them these days. Those are yummy and just one little one will do.
I needed a new name and couldn't decide. While talking to my D one day I told him a friend always called me Duchess. It was for the mama cat in the Aristocats of all things. He liked it and called me his littleduchess and asked if I'd take that as my lush name. Of course I said yes.
...Or I might have to switch things up lol.
